Oops! I have read your article and understood very well Dr Alex. Congratulation for giving us depth analysis concerning what is happening in Kyrgyzstan and trying to depict the concrete evidence and the prevailing situation in the region. It’s amazing when these Hegemony states becoming blind and pretending as if nothing is going on. The World Politics does not support Harm Reduction at all that’s why they are silent. Can you imagine that the war towards HIV/AIDS came to be the global agenda and supported by the World Leaders and it has shown great impacts in reducing HIV/AIDS contamination.
I’m very much disappointed when Politicians keeping themselves aside with this calamity.
